The Glenmorangie 18 Year Old (often called "Extremely Rare" or "The Infinita") is a premium single malt Scotch whisky matured for 15 years in American white oak bourbon casks. Then, 30% of the liquid is transferred to Spanish Oloroso sherry casks for an additional 3 years before being reunited and bottled.
